Returns & Refund Policy

At Wedding Sparklers Now, we want your celebration to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products. Please note that due to shipping regulations regarding pyrotechnics and flammable materials, specific safety guidelines must be followed for all return shipments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a carrier that accepts hazardous materials or ground-only transport as required.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for safety and quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
